Here is my completed animated lamp. I didn’t know about vertex groups at this point, and how to do shape keys, so I couldn’t get the lamp head to deform. I think it still came out pretty good. I love this course. It is well put together. Had a lot of fun putting this together.

How long did it take to render? And did you use evee or cycles?

I used cycles to render it. It took about 4-days to render. I have a spare pc that I use as a Media/File server. I just set it up on there and let it take its course. I did however to several very low resolution renders to make sure things looked ok. These only took about 10 minutes a piece, and were probably around 5 seconds in length on average.
