Why My Code Compile time is too long
Max 30-40 minutes
My Laptop specs:
Intel Pentium silver 1.10ghz
4GB Ram
No graphics card.
No SSD

Sorry, well I would usually strongly recommend an SSD as that improved it greatly with me. However your CPU is probably a bottleneck regarding compile times.
