Collision for water

Ive missed something when setting up my own rule tiles and cant see the point in the video where the ledge example was configured for it.

My hero can walk over water - how do we set up collision for water rule tiles? My rule tile has collision set to sprite for its mode, which is what it looks like it should be in the vid and comparing to the ledge, im missing something obvious.

Need to add a tilemap collider 2d to my layer - or move the water to the same layer as the ledge that already has one!
