When I try out the game mode, I still see the collider on my trigger box.
Is this just a glitch on Unity which will correct itself, or have I accidentally clicked something?

Click on the Gizmos button in the game window. It’s in the top right corner (of the game window). If you cannot see it, expand the game window.

You may have gizmos turned on in game mode. Check the top right of the game tab. There’s a gizmo button you can click to toggle it on or off
