Clear area BoxCollider interferes with lense flare

i did a bit of troubleshoot and noticed that it is indeed the box collider… i have it set to trigger and it works perfect in the game…if i bring it down a little lower it stops interfering with the lense flare but then it’s too low and touches the grass…

After reading this I checked and was having the same issue. I noticed the Lens Flare component has an ‘Ignore Layers’ property.


Two layers are already ignored by the effect, i chose ‘Ignore Raycast’ and set the ‘ClearArea’ object to that layer:

It seems this allows the lens flare to reach the Player.
