I have questions about origins and selecting and changing points, especially in instances. I hope this is being covered. I spent a lot of time trying and failing to zero out the base points of the instanced objects after scaling moved them, before having a think and translating the starting cube instead - same as setting the origin in normal blender land, right?

Added some xy scale variation, and the stepped rotation now. Looks a little better now.
