Just putting this here in case anyone is getting the same issue. You might run into this error when installing Cinemachine from the Package Manager. The error message Unity gives us doesn’t really help identify how to fix it.
If you are getting this error you simply just need to close VS Code while you are trying to install. That’s all, have a nice day
