I decided to use the subdivision modifier to smooth out some of the pieces and place them in a white cyc environment for some beauty photography. Here are the cycles renders with a single backlight.

in edit mode if you select edges and make creases by pressing Shift+E and moving your mouse to the right you can make edges pointy like in the low poly version, this only workers if you haven`t applied the sub surf modifier.
