The red-blue lighting gives me the impression of looking at an old-school 2D to 3D image. Wearing red, blue glasses.

Intentionally/unintentionally good symbolism? 
Ohhhh, I have a pair of those glasses I was given at the movie theatre when I first went to see the movie Avatar. I can’t believe I still have them.
