It does look a lot better with just one sun lamp. And no light colours. It could just be me, but I feel like neutral lights are usually better. I don’t see myself using colours unless I want to emulate a lightsaber or a similar object.
Yes better. Although the course feels the need to demonstrate light colours can be changed I almost never use it. Has to be a good logical reason as far as I am concerned.
The sub lamp light can be used with a blackbody node (don’t know why it’s called like that), but with it, you can select sun color temperature, morning, afternoon colors.
Also using an HDRI (background) image will generate more natural colors and reflections.
