Already looks really good and realistic. I would work on the board some more. Doesn’t look real unlike the pieces.
Pretty sure you mean the texture mapping, that aside is there anything that seems off with the board?
It’s also a bit on the shiny side - unless you were going for a laminate/varnished effect - might want to play around with the roughness setting.
