Chase issue after adding shoot and wait sequence

After following this lecture exactly the same way (I think) I have ran into a problem I almost missed. the enemy doesn’t go to my last known location anymore. Here at the start of the game my player is not in the enemy’s line of sight, but thats ok you can still see on the tree that it is trying to find last known location before waiting and returning to the start. (standing still at this point) It all looks functional if not a bit jittery because my player character hasn’t come into view yet.

However, once I had made visual contact with the enemy it chases me… until I run behind a corner, and as I’m watching along at the Behavior Tree it just skips over the Investigate node. Any Ideas?

What is the value of the blackboard key?
