Changing static mesh onto a cube parent

When my static mesh component is under the sphere parent, it’s in its normal position and rotation. But when I move my static mesh component to the “collision” cube, the static mesh changes position and rotation. How do I fix that? I can’t change the value of the position and rotation because when I change it it went to a completely different place. Please help me fix this problem. The first photo is the before (static mesh under sphere) and second photo is after (static mesh under “collision” cube). I also attached a video.
