I have a short question regarding the orange dot in the middle of the gismo.How can I change the orange dot. It doesn’t work with the shift button. Thanks for your help and support.
That is called the origin point and is a vital part of any object, as is it’s positioning.
What do you mean by ‘change’?
Do you want to move it? Where to?
Or the whole object it is the reference point of?
I would like to move that origin point. Is that possible
Well yes there are lots of ways but it rather depends on why, where to, how accurately etc.
One relatively inaccurate way is to enable origins only in the ‘options’ dropdown top right area of the 3d window.
