When starting unreal, it is completely different to that in the video. So as a complete noob, I am completely lost. I simply can not find an option to get to the library, so that I can create the project from the unreal learning kit. All I get is the new default create a project stuff.
Never mind. I was starting unreal engine directly, rather than going through the hub thing!
