Hello again, I had fixed a problem where a .Paint was loading very slowly and moved to another computer. Unfortunately, I totally forgot how I rectified this. I know I changed PNG not to associated itself with Paint . I have forgotten which program I did associate with PNG. Please help. Thank you.

Its a free alternative to Photoshop
