There is a slight positive skew to the entire dataset and a very small positive skew to the interquartile range as well.
Rather than drawing your boxplot in relation to the size of your dataset, instead try to draw it in relation to a number line like this:
If you draw it in relation to your dataset, it will always look symmetrical due to the way you find the quartiles. Whereas drawing it on a number line will show the skewness of your data more clearly (if there is any).
