After some time where I wasn’t able to continue (luckily for me I’m still at those parts which I know somewhat or this would have been disastrous), I’ll try to go on again at a steady pace (although the next couple of weeks/months could also still be very busy for me) … Anyhow, here’s my plane! I did some extrusions, but also just composed some primitives, and reformed some primitives without extrusion. The plane wings seem hard to get if you don’t plan those in advance? If these weren’t planned, you have to extrude “part of a face”? Or add vertex rings (not yet seen) which pollute the entire model? Anyway, I didn’t bother, and formed the wings separately. The back wings are extruded from an elongated cube. The propellers at the front (wrongly called “rotors”) are simply short cylinders stretched out in one direction. So extrusion was mainly used for the plane body and the back wings (for the back: probably not really necessary)
