Also, nice posture, like the cat is fixed on something.
The sun has a good direction too, I think.
Looks good and as Fed Pete says the rest of the scene being right helps.
I think the boggled eyes are the major issue. They should be more closed and shaped.
I also think the boggled eyes are the standout as to anything that might need adjustment.
Otherwise, everything else in the scene looks great. 
I used simple childeren, so i could put hair where i wanted. Had some problems with interpolated. The problem was that after i put everything on its place i couldnt change the eye shape without the hair changing alot. So i didnt.
It would be better true, but i was a bit tired with the project.
