It is a puzzling illustration. I like what you did, but my brain is trying to connect the dots.
The balloon is floating in a white sky.
But the bridge also disappears into the white mass, which could be a white snowy mountain. But then why is the balloon floating in here. Same for the archway in the most right building. it hovers in the sky or end in a snowy white surface.
That’s why mesmerizing illustration. Good job.

I have to agree with most of what @FedPete mentioned, especially the arched structure on the right. I keep thinking it’s going to fall over at some point.
