Canvas / camera view

Hello,

I had a question whats the difference between main camera and the canvas. Because I notice when the maincamera isn’t covering the whole canvas u still see the canvas in the game. I don’t get this. Can someone explain me?

I am having the same issue. I do not see my game assets in the game viewer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
