It’s probably going to be unlikely, but happy to test, which quiz number is it you are having problems with?
The usual remedy for Udemy related issues is to clear temporary internet files/cookies, close the browser, re-open the browser, browse to Udemy.
Give me the quiz number in question and I’ll check this end for you, but perhaps try the above too
I had this issue as well - I believe it was on the last quiz.
