Cant move the board

Around 1.25 he moves the board from the origin while the origin stayed centred.
At my end i cant have them apart. The difference i see is that in the course only the
mesh data is sElected and in mine is looks like both are.

Si cant redo what happens there.
I use blender-2.92

The origin point only moves with the object when in Object Mode. In Edit mode the origin point does not move with the mesh.
