My codes don’t autocomplete and I realized I’m lacking the Visual Studio Tools for Unity but it’s not even showing in the extensions online downloads.
how can I download it or how can I just get the autocomplete to work?

I did and it didn’t help much. However I solved this by downgrading to VS2017 and everything worked fine there!
I’m glad downgrading helped.
