I am using SourceTree 1.10.23.1 on Windows 10. The front end is very different from the video. Create New Repository doesn’t include an option to make a Remote Repository.
I had to make the RepoTest repository at my GitHub account itself. It seems to be getting commits now.
I couldn’t figure out how to download the .gitignore file; it just shows the code, so I copied it into Notepad and named it Unity.gitignore. I don’t think it’s stopping the Library from appearing, though.
