Hi,

I think you might be having issues with the project download so i would rewatch the video from 3 minutes and 46 and make sure you are getting the correct project for the version you are using.

Let me know if there are any issues and the version of unreal you are using and i will try to see if i can replicate it here.

i donwload unreal engine 4 27 version and zip folder where are the assets. when i open it in asset folder only was gun asset i dont know where is arm asset

Tested the StarteringProject download and it contains the arms and other needed assets. What version of UE5 are you using?

This sounds like a data corruption issue during download.
