Can't drag picture into the image

Hey guys when I extract the PrisonWord file and drag the image into my Unity project, the image looks like this (doesn’t look the same as the one in the course) and I can’t drag it into the “Source Image”.
I’m using Window 10, Unity version 2017.3.of3.

Hi,

Try changing the Texture Type to Sprite/UI.

…and activate Windows
