Can't download Cinemachine

Hello,
For some reason I’m unable to download Cinemachine. Before for the obstacle course section, I was able to download Cinemachine but then I had to later reset my pc. Now for Project BOOST I’m unable re download Cinemachine. This is what the Unity Console tells me.

Hi,

Have you already tried to restart Unity? Do you use an antivirus program or a firewall that might be blocking Unity? And which version of Unity do you use?
