Cant create even a c++ project

Hi, so i have a problem with compiling a c++ project. when I’m creating a c++ class and compile it by live coding, it gives error. if i try to restart the editor it says that, there are missing modules would you like to restart them. if i click yes is says failed to rebuild and i became unable to open project. the same happens if i click no. so i tried to just create a c++ project. it gives error about .net version. i downloaded the correct one and tried again. and its giving this weird error:

You need to put the project in a path without non-English characters.

Note the odd characters in the path after OneDrive.
