Cannot Open CowBull Game

When I try to open the file, I get this message:

Did you use these settings when installing Visual Studio?

I did everything but select the unreal engine installer option. I installed unreal through the epic games a launcher.

As the lecture states, you should still select that option even if you have Unreal installed.
