Cannot get the asset package.zip

Is anyone else having trouble? When I click on the assectsPackage.zip file link, nothing happens, nothing downloads. Is it down for maintenance? Is there another place where I can get the file. Maybe someone who has already downloaded it, could email it to me.

Update: Something downloads now, but it is a Tar file. It has to be un-compressed twice, but even after that I get just a bunch of non-sense codes and folders “asset” or asset data, most of the time. Please fix this up.
