Cannot compile to a PC *.exe file

My MAC will not allow me to compile for PC.
I have a musician that wants to score a game
and I cant send him a copy (he has no Mac.)

Then when I went to compile on my PC I get the error:

MACHINE IDENTIFICATION IS INVALID FOR CURRENT LICENSE.

WTF? I can only use one or the other?

Did you make sure the Windows build option was selected when installing or updating Unity on your Mac?

Doesn’t ring a Bell. I don’t remember anything like that.
Can it be as simple as re-install?

Actually i believe if you run the installer again and install to the same location it gives you the option to add the options so just a modify not reinstall.

I did a complete re-install and YES you can choose what platforms you would like to compile for.
Thank you!
