If i remember rightly its to do with the two windows at the top of the editor there X86 possible should be X64 (depends on your OS) and the Debugger should be debug editors? I am on my laptop so dont have VS installed on here because it sucks

Also you have posted in the wrong section entirely as this should be in the Unreal Cows and Buills lectures not Blender Python (Might be a lecture linker error)
