Can i skip this lecture

Is this only for upgrading old project to make compatible to new?
My unreal Engine version is 4.22 can I skip it or follow it what the lecturer is doing in the video

The upgrade lectures are worth watching. Even if you’re already using the newest version, there will inevitably be a new version of Unreal, so knowing how to go about upgrading to that version, and the problems you might face, is good info. You won’t do anything during the lecture, since you’re already on the newest version, so just watch and try to learn the process.
