That depends on the asset. Each asset will have a license which you can view from the asset page
Which license is okay? Is Extension Asset license for commercial use? And can be the assets modified?
You have to read the license. Since there is an infinite number of versions out there, do not select a license just because its name sounds right. Read the entire text.
