Camera not staying on tank

When I move up and down my camer stays on the tank but dose not stay on tank when I move it left and right

I thing it’s my Azimuth Gamble pivet is in the wronf place?

How do I moce it to the tank or How to I create one with it on the tank
I missed something watch it all 3 times

That was it the gimbal was on on the tank.
I redid it and with the gimbal on the tank it works
