Before I added a camera manually, the camera was showing up under the tank, as it should. Now that I’ve added a camera and a spring arm, it goes underneath the landscape. I tried making sure the origin of the tank was in the right place so it’s not drooping underneath the landscape, but that didn’t help. When I press play, i drop (since I played the player start in the air), then the camera looks fine for about half a second, and then it glitches underneath so you can still see the mountains, but the floor is see through. Kind of confused as to what is going on here. Would me using 4.17.0 make a difference? I tried in the previous 4.16 version before I had to reinstall windows and start over and it worked then.
It may just be ignoring the camera I added and going back to the main camera underneath the tank. Anyway to fix this bug? I am using a spring arm and camera in another project just fine with version 4.17 of unreal.
Got it working after several times of deleting readding spring arm and camera.
