That looks very interesting. I may just have to play with it at some point. 
Yes I saw that new add on reported. I guess not coming from a cad environment I cant see what the fuss is about it is perfectly easy to be accurate in Blender.

It is the way the CAD UI works (using constrains), instead of Blender.
