BullCowGame.uProject doesnt open unreal or build

when I try to extract bullcowgame starter kit files and try to open bullcowgame.uproject unreal doesnt open, it shows me the open with prompt and nothing happens…

why wouldn’t it open with unreal. does the version have to match the file? i’m using version 4.24 not 4.22

was using wrong version of unreal, it said 4.22+ but it only works for 4.22.3 everythings good now.
