Finally got around to finishing the Building the Trees episode. Plenty of room for improvement, so I’ll be building more trees, that’s for sure.

I think the camera position is too high … Trees are two persons high?

picture from a low-flying drone? I’m really very tall? small trees? nah, you’re right, the camera angle is too high.

If you go for a bird’s view, then I would add something to the scene as a size reference. Like a person, or a bench. Adding such detail gives the viewer a way to compare the scale of things (trees).

Yes, that makes sense… reminds me of the film “Aviator” where Howard Hughes wanted to wait for clouds in the sky as a reference point for the planes.
