Looks like a great start to a stealth game.
How are you determining if the guard has seen you? My guess, a cone shaped collider to represent their field of vision.

It is really fun in the first place but gets a little bit frustrating to quickly.
The visual information about the state of the guards is nice but something aurally would be very nice too.
Awesome job going the extra mile with this.
