As you can read from the title I have a problem, when I try to sculpt on the belt and on the “bracelet” they disappear in the sculpt mode
not in sculpt:

I’ve seen your file. It happens here too.
You accidentally hidden the belt object/mesh, because the Orc body is in local display mode.
Use the numpad ‘/’ button to leave this ’local’ mode./
