I took a shot at a bridge for the environmental course. I may look at putting in additional detail before adding materials later.

A Portcullis (doesn’t really suit the bridge I am making – good practice though):
Added a bit of color and blur – cycles really didn’t like that (pretty comp intensive looks like I’d have to up the sampling even more, but good enough for an idea):

Personally I like the anisotropy pretty low - -was even playing around with negs for a while.
