When I tried to put the pin in the z axis at 1.9 it didnt coincide with the center where it should be…I really dont know why?

Its suppose to be 0 on the Z axsis.
It looks like its because your origin is not in the center of the pin (the little or circle there in the center). You need to reset that to the center of your geometry and it should go to the proper spot
