Hi all 
Just started the bowling pin profile with the curved but I don’t seem to have the directional arrows following the curve like Mike does. How would I active this please? I’m using version 2.93.4

Those lines are called normals lines.
For some unknown reason, recent versions of Blender have them turned off as the default.
In Edit mode. You can turn them on in the overlays dropdown top right of 3d view window.
Tick the box shown.
