Here’s my bowling animation.
I think I mess up something so the pins are kinda bouncy there. But it did look cool tho.
But seriously, can anyone help me, what’s the problem here?

Your origins are in the center of the pins, I believe.

Nice paced ball and hitting the pins.
The wobbly pins are because you did not centre the gravity in them. By setting the origin point of each pin to Centre of mass by volume.
