Bone Heat Weighting: Failed to find solution for one or more bones

Check if every bone is placed inside od the mesh. If the bone is outside, Blender does not know how to automatically weight paint on the skin (mesh).
From this perspective the hands look suspitious.

Check the mesh for Normals directions being correct. Also for double verts, M merge by distance.
