Thats a great start mate! Did you finish this model up? Any pics? A little bit of tweaking and some textures and you will have an awesome 747 …you got the hard part done very well 
Blender Guru has a great free video tutorial on making one of these in case you havent seen it before …was one of the first side models i tried when progressing through the course…was good fun !
