Not a major issue so i didnt think it really belonged in the Q&A on Udemy.
In the Navmesh video there was no Blueprints folder but at the start of this video one mysteriously appeared.
Its not hard to make one obviously i thought i would just point it out.
My Blueprints folder just magically appeared when I created the new blueprint.
