Blocky looking normal map

Hi!
When I’m baking a normal map I appears very blocky looking. How to fix it? What causes the problem?

Were both HP and LP smooth shaded?

If blocky then the resolution is low.

  • Did you use the correct sequence HP > LP
  • Like NP5 said, did you smooth orcs
  • Resolution (scan) properties of the bake
